Janet Smith – General Manager, Matt Ellis – Estates Manager, Paul Appleton – Finance Manager

Janet, Matt and Paul head up the team at the Business Park and have been working together since 2004. However, Janet has been at Carrington Business Park since 1989, promoting and managing the park on a day-to-day basis ”The Park is a wonderful place to be. Full of life and energy. The businesses really benefit from the location, terms, office, workshops and conference facilities. Carrington really does make a difference to a business’ prospects and growth”

Doreen Spencer - Sales & Service Assistant/Conference Co-ordinator

Doreen helps raise the profile of the park and oversees the Conference Facilities and it’s events “We have superb accommodation and conference facilities here. When clients hold events it’s really important that we get it just right for the delegates and conference holders. I’m always thrilled when people keep coming back again and again to use our facilities.”

Pat McNulty - Sales & Services Assistant

Pat started out as a member of the restaurant back in 1989. After
taking some computing qualifications and other training sessions she transferred to the Sales and Services team in 1997.” I enjoy working at Carrington, each day is different and its a lovely environment to be in. I enjoy being part of such a great team”

Susan Renshaw - Sales & Services Assistant/Receptionist

Sue has worked as a member of the Sales and Services team since 2002 and is currently based on reception. ” As my job is based at the front of house, I interact with Licencees on a daily basis. There is a lovely mix of people here from all sorts of different businesses, and they are all friendly and pleasant to deal with. Its a lovely place to work”

Lou Moore - Estates Assistant

Lou has been working in the Estates Department since 2002, and looks after the general day to day maintenance of the whole site. Whatever jobs needs doing in clients offices Lou is always happy to help ” No two days are ever the same here in terms of what needs to be done on site, it is a varied and challenging role. I enjoy working here and meet a lot of people out on site”

Daniel Nicholson - Finance Assistant

Daniel joined CBPL in 2011 after studying Accountancy and Finance at Manchester Metropolitan University; it is Dans job to assist with the day to day running of the Park’s Finances ” I’ve had a great start to my life at Carrington Business Park, and I am looking forward to getting to know the people and businesses here better. The environment here is certainly a breath of fresh air”
