Value Added
As well as all the usual services you would expect to find in a modern business park environment, here is a selection of some of the other services you will find when you come to Carrington Business Park.
Mail service:
All Royal Mail deliveries made to the Park are collected, sorted and distributed from our mail room. Each customer is designated their own secure mail box which can be accessed 24 hours a day.
Parcel deliveries can also be accepted on your behalf in the mail room, which allows our customers to get on with their day, and collect at their convenience.
Office Services:
Carrington Business Park allows our Licensees and conference users the use of a variety of office equipment at a nominal charge. Photocopying, facsimile, laminating and binding are just some of the services on offer.
Facilities Management:
All common areas and toilet facilities are cleaned on a daily basis to help provide that ‘first impression’ look. External grounds maintenance contractors maintain the ‘green environment’, and our weekly waste and recycling collections ensure that we are doing all we can to reduce our carbon footprint.
Our on-site facilities team are always on hand to carry out small repairs, or assist with moving furniture.
Free Car Parking:
Unlike city centre locations where car parking spaces are at a premium, Carrington Business Park provides over 500 car parking spaces on site, all within easy reach of the buildings.
Space to relax:
In addition to the Carrington Lounge, there are numerous places within the Park’s grounds to take a break and ‘take 5’.
